My Process

    Booking

    I have online booking access 27/7 on this website. I can also be reached through my Instagram and email. Never hesitate to reach out to me for any questions or concerns!

    Prep

    All manicures regardless of service come with nail prep. Your cuticles included! If you have any special requests, please let me know so I can accommodate for you.

    Product

    I only offer gel polish for my services. Polish brands I carry are Après and PLA. Other product brands I have are Luminary, Young Nails and Tammy Taylor.

    Aftercare

    Your service is wrapped up with cuticle oil and I have a variety of product available for purchase if you wish to continue at home care!

FAQs

What is your late show and cancelation policy?

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot provide the service you are booked for. If you no-show your appointment all together a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time after payment is received. A credit card is required to make an appointment for that reason. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, please reach out ASAP. I realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply request that you inform me at least 12 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, I require at least an hours’ notice.

Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 100% fee charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking.

What payments do you accept?

I accept cash, checks and card payments through Square.

What if my manicure chips?

I stand by my manicures. With the proper prep and at home care manicures can last up to 4 weeks! Within the first 72 hours should a gel or artificial nail lift or chip do to my error I will replace it free of charge. Nails are jewels and not tools, should a nail become damaged by using them as such I will not honor a free repair.

What if I need an appointment outside of your scheduled hours?

My available hours are based on when I have childcare. I will try my best to fit you in based on the circumstances. Please give me as much notice as possible so we can find a time that works for the both of us.
